This is a link to a very interesting article, which appears below.   Many years ago I had adrenal fatigue, when I had 6 children still at home (3 were married or in college.)  It took me 6 weeks, having a nap in the morning, and afternoon, and many hours at night to begin to feel like I could face life.  I had too many irons in the fire, and didn't know how to say "no" to someone, when asked to do something else.  It was quite a learning experience in my life.  I tell more about it in blog # 4, posted on November 16, 2013 just 2 days after I started this blog.   I'm including the link, as in the article it directs you to other links you may be interested in. Who would have thought that Dr. Seuss would teach such Gospel lessons!?!  This is a great article from LDS Living.
