Add to that the normal challenges of mental and physical health that manifest at this age and the need becomes even clearer: mental health isn’t something you can just assume, it’s something you have to develop and maintain. [1] I remember being quite amazed at the missionary life of Wilford Woodruff. He participated in the difficult march with Zion’s camp, then chose to stay in Missouri to do missionary work. He was an amazing missionary, serving several...

Here are some uplifting thoughts for the day!  I have been busy getting ready to move up to northern Utah, going through years of "stuff".  I may not write as often for the next 2 months or so.  I am visiting old friends, etc., that I have known all my life.  I will be leaving the town I was born in, and lived in the majority of my life.  It is hard to describe feelings of leaving here, and yet being very anxious to move up closer to 6 of my children, and many grand and great grandchildren!  I'm excited to be up there!  I will be closer to about 3/4th of the dear people in our family picture that was taken when we celebrated my 80th birthday, in September, 2014.
