  I have been neglectful in posting new articles here lately!  I have a slipped disc in my back, and have been in pain, having physical theraphy.  I may go to a care center before Christmas.  I will try to keep posting wonderful articles that I hope you enjoy, and that are inspiring.  I particularly liked this!  I have simplified a lot of Primary songs, and actually Jackman music has for sale this book I have written. I will be 89 years old in October, and go to a Center soon after.  I have most of them as PDF's and will be glad to send them FREE to anyone who will e mail me at:  paralee.eckman@gmail.com and ask.  If you have a particular favorite you like I'll send it.  I have simplified all the Primary songs, and hymns, that are suggested in this year's Come Follow Me book.  I have not felt good for 2 or 3 weeks.  I went to the Emergency Room 2 times last week, -- the first one for getting high blood pressure, and the 2nd one for a UTI.  I want to post another blog which I wrote 5 years ago today!  A lot of pictures of when we were on 2 different missions -- the first was Sweden in 1994-1995, and the second was in Connecticut, in 1999-2000.  We spent Y2K there, and wondered if all computers would shut down at the close of the century!   1311. Five years ago today my Eternal Companion passed away, Feb. 21, 2016. February 21, 2021 Today is a day to remember, and honor, as it is 5 years today that my dear eternal companion, Wayne D Eckman, passed away peacefully in the early hours of the morning, without pain! He had been through open heart surgery, hip surgery, 10 months of dialysis, and radiation for esophageal cancer. His last 3 weeks were completely from a feeding tube, and oh how he loved to eat!   s by Pal I'm posting a blot I wrote one month to the day after my dear husband died.606. Beautiful scripture, and quote about the Spirit World, where my beloved Wayne is now! and photos! March 16, 2016 For any of you who have lost loved ones, a spouse, a sibling, or a child, this quoted below is most comforting information.   Wayne's funeral was 2 weeks and 2 days ago.  For the first few days, several of my children, and friends, would call to see how I am.  I know they still care, but their lives are busy, and they have gone back to life as it was before mostly.  And in this life I will never be able to go back to life as it was.  As I told one of our daughters, in any couple, one of you has to pass away first.  So true!  How many billions of people have gone through this very experience!  And yet when it is yourself, it becomes so personal.  Even though it seems strange to say it, I am grateful he was the first to go.
