Today I want to re-share a blog about my dear departed husband, Wayne!  It was written just after he started radiation for esophageal cancer, on August 29th, 2015, and he lived to February, 21, 2016, about 6 months.       This is one of my favorite photos of him, his missionary photo, 1950. 491. My husband Wayne D Eckman, twin with Blaine, has esophageal cancer, dialysis, and 9 lives! Wayne D Eckman, and his 9 lives!   He will be 85 this September 18th, and on September 24th we will have been married 60 years.  I want to record our latest adventure with my husband Wayne D Eckman, and add updates often.   He started radiation for esophageal cancer just yesterday, and had a treatment again today, and also today will have a dialysis treatment.   This entry below was only the 3rd entry I put in my new blog, which I started Nov. 14, 2013.  Then I will add some recent history. ------------------ ...

For those who have read my blog # 1010, written on March 4th, 2018, shown on the right, I wrote a letter to the Mayor of St. George, and received a reply, and replied again.  Thanks for your interest, all of you!  It is rather long, but if you want to know "the rest of the story" read on! This is the information:  Dr. Ken Peterson was "reinstated" in July, and then on August 6th was given a preposterous "Last Chance Agreement", to be able to keep his job at the University.  If he didn't sign it (which he will not, saying it is vindictive, punitive, dehumanizing, and disenfranchising!) he would not get his job back.  One of those stipulations was to never teach voice lessons there!   I'm posting this for those of my readers probably outside of the group who know me on facebook.   To Mayor Jon Pike: Written August 12, 2018 I'm sure you have received numerous letters about the situation involving the Last Chance Agreement given to ...
